How do I stop pleasing people?
I'm a people pleasing person. I'm afraid not everyone will like me. I always tend to get very observant too. I notice even the smallest of things and take it personally.

Being overly observant IMO is a trait many a people pleaser has. we notice try to fix or smooth out things before others are even aware...
If you are a people pleaser ask yourself what do you get out of it? .... recognition and occasional thanks? but more often then not just people keep you around as they know you will do things for them or things they do not want to.... when i finally stopped it was because i NEVER got any consideration in return ... no one there for me to do things.... it was never my turn to have help or support.... People pleasing does not earn you respect or friends .... if people are upset if you quit it .. they are the ones who were getting the most out of your efforts what have they done in return? friendships are not one way streets.
