I don't trust my supervisors and management
I work at a doggy daycare and I swear everything seemed fine until I showed up on day one. I started hearing gossiping, people talking trash about each other, I got hit on by my gay supervisor and felt the need to report him to the owners and they gave him warning and the manager and him talked trash after that too unless I misread what I heard and saw. I'm so paranoid. I'm starting to hate them. Luckily I am starting to bond with one of the cooler ones who interestingly enough is disgruntled, getting less hours and is on her way out. She is disrespected every day by the guy who hit on me and the manager *** just lets it happen. I'm becoming more and more convinced I shouldn't be here but this is my 14th job since 2018 and I almost attempted suicide in 2024 due to getting fired at one of them. I am angry and I want justice but I am gaslighting myself too cuz what if I misunderstood something? I know what I saw though and my intuition is feeling very uneasy. My supervisor hates this place and them. I don't want them to win. I want them to pay or learn how to be better. This place is starting to look like absolute trash run by children disguised as adults who need serious help and humility. So unprofessional. How many times do I have to be disappointed before consistent cash flow and peace come my way? Unreal. The manager has a crush on me too I'm pretty sure but she can go *** herself. I don't trust her. I try to be open minded and ask what is their story? But no excuses for this. What do you think?

It's hard when we feel like we don't fit in, in a work place.
You know what you heard but they'll never admit that.
You've been through so much.
Id personally keep my head down get my work done and not waste energy on people who don't deserve it.
I remember once at work, one of my best friends told lies about Me, thankfully no one believes her but I don't know why to this day 🥺

It sounds like you're in a really tough spot,. It's completely understandable that you're feeling angry, paranoid, and conflicted given everything you've described. It's important to prioritize your well-being. Since you've had past experiences with job loss affecting your mental health, it might be helpful to speak with a mental health professional to process these feelings and develop coping strategies
