I don't know what am I feeling. One time I feel okay then next everything is going down. I can't even trust my own feelings now . For past month ,nothing makes me excited for I don't know worthy for having this life. I was an hard working student when I was in high school. After I completed, I feel like I am a new person. I have an entrance exam tomorrow and I don't even feel guilty for not studying, It's like this isn't me . The one I know isn't this. Now I don't know what's right and wrong. Am I making this up or this is my feeling. Why do I put myself in this dark feelings, and I am weirdly comfortable with it. I don't know what type emotion I have ,it's like me and my mind is disconnected. I don't know what the *** is wrong with me.

@limegreenBeing4949

you were a hard worker and student in high school..... once done what you might have felt is  relief .... Now you are about to test for going right back into academia and you are not sure what you want ...

you do not feel guilty or pressured to study because maybe you won't do well and can have more time to retest OR find out what you want....  explore things because procrastination will only take you so far.....

It sounds like you're going through a tough time, feeling disconnected from your emotions and unsure of yourself. Change, like transitioning from high school, can bring about confusion and uncertainty. It's okay to feel this way, and you're not alone. Instead of judging your feelings, try to acknowledge and accept them. Have you noticed any patterns or triggers behind your fluctuating emotions? Talking to someone you trust or a listener here on 7 Cups can offer support. You're not alone, and there are people who care about you and want to help.

Absolutely, reaching out and sharing what you're going through is a huge step in itself. It’s like when your GPS glitches out—you're not sure where you're headed and everything feels a bit off. Talking to someone, like a therapist, can be like hitting the reset button on that GPS. It helps you figure out where you are and where you want to go. Plus, everyone needs a co-pilot sometimes, especially when things get foggy. Keep your head up, and don’t hesitate to seek that support. You've got this!
