I fell empty
Hii 👋
I was rejected from medical school and from almost all of the colleges I wanted to get into, despite the huge amount of effort I put in. Because of that, I have completely lost hope regarding my future.
I was already struggling with anxiety before, but I was able to manage it. Now, however, things feel different. I literally feel anxious almost every moment, on top of the pressure from the environment I live in.
Some people close to me have advised me to live in the moment, but I just can’t stop overthinking and thinking negatively, and it has started to affect me badly. I feel confused, empty, and extremely anxious.
Is there any advice that could help me? Or has anyone been through a similar experience, or is currently going through the same thing?

You have had some challenges for sure. All of these challenges will go toward making you more resilient in the long run. I am wondering, have you ever done any Zen reading? Zen is based on staying calm and peaceful. Check it out and see how you feel about it.

My friend got his place in medical school became a doctor was worshipped as doctors are and had a schizophrenic episode. Then everyone despised or was scared of him.
I studied hard was good at studying failed physics and my mum treated me as if i was a failure. Her mother had said I was only hope for the family. See how toxic the families relationship with status was. My great gran had been treated like a domestic after she was abandoned by man she eloped with hence my gran being obsessed with status compared to her nieces and nephews.
Try to get into low pressure stable environment.
I am glad your family is being supportive. This sort of thing can be difficult for parents to handle if they have any status issues. Many I am tempted say most have desire for reflected glory. Most non spiritual never reflect on what causes their behaviour.
To truly meet someone where they are at is difficult. If you can hug it does wonders when we feel defeated and failure usually feels like that. Silver linings take time to shine through.
Thank you so much 🤍 even though I didn't feel any better but thank you
I didn't reply bc I didn't have the energy to talk with anyone bc my last chance olso was not fo me so I was not realizing the reality. Now after I spoke with my parent they told me that it's not the end of the life and that i'm still young (17yo) so I still have time to build my future and that it's my destiny that God chose for me and I have to accept it. So I'm trying right now
