...See more Hi everyone. I have always been a person who does not eat a lot , but lately I eat like half a meal per day . It's not that I don't want but u can't when I start to eat I quickly get full (It's not usual for me) like I eat around 5 bite and I stop . My parents are trying to help me and they even noticed the fatigue and weight loss that I have It there anyone like me or had the same experience?pls help me how can I eat better

...See more Hii 👋 I was rejected from medical school and from almost all of the colleges I wanted to get into, despite the huge amount of effort I put in. Because of that, I have completely lost hope regarding my future. I was already struggling with anxiety before, but I was able to manage it. Now, however, things feel different. I literally feel anxious almost every moment, on top of the pressure from the environment I live in. Some people close to me have advised me to live in the moment, but I just can’t stop overthinking and thinking negatively, and it has started to affect me badly. I feel confused, empty, and extremely anxious. Is there any advice that could help me? Or has anyone been through a similar experience, or is currently going through the same thing?
