I’m blank
I can’t feel emotions anymore. I can’t cry and I can’t feel anything. Just numbness in my heart. What can I do?

’m really sorry you’re feeling this way. Numbness can be one of the hardest things to sit with—it’s like your mind and heart are on pause, but the weight of everything is still pressing down. Please know that you're not broken. This numbness is often the mind’s way of protecting itself when emotions become too overwhelming or when you’ve been carrying too much for too long.
You're not alone in this, even if it feels isolating right now. Sometimes, just acknowledging that emptiness—like you’ve done—is a small but powerful step forward.
If you can, talk to someone you trust or a mental health professional. You don’t need to have the right words or even know exactly what’s wrong. Just sharing that you feel blank is enough. Even the smallest spark—like a moment of kindness, a breath of fresh air, a favorite song—can begin to thaw what’s frozen inside.
Please take it one moment at a time. You matter, even when it doesn’t feel like you do. And there is a way through this. You're not alone.
@warmheartedField4562 I’m really sorry you’re feeling this way. Numbness like that can be your mind’s way of protecting you from pain that feels too heavy to handle. You’re not broken — but this is a sign you might need support. Talking to a therapist or a mental health professional could really help you reconnect with what you're feeling underneath. You don’t have to go through this alone — and you deserve to feel again, even if it takes time
