Im kind of stressed.
i have always had social anxiety i sweat i overthink I don't know how to talk with my teacher's without thinking of my dialect and that it's disrespectful. It's hard making friends and talking to people or walking alone in the corridor of school or outside without a friend even in the classroom since im in a school with mostly boys. i really want to change this but i don't know how.

When we overthink WE talk ourselves out of opening up .....
.we think if only we can find the "right " words the "right" time etc.... there is no right time or words.....
just speak up ... guess what everyone sweats and gets anxious and it gets easier with practice. All those around you that seem to do it with ease most likely learned to speak up at a younger age when kids do not stress making a mistake in wording etc....
I think of it as going out and playing a sport up against an Olympic athlete that has done nothing but practice for years and it is a sport i just learned....... of course i would be crushed and look silly because all things in life take practice and patience in your progress .
When i talk my voice started to tremble.
I once participated in one school thing when we are 3 classes and teachers in that room and i had to read my script that was 2-3 sentences or shorter. And i started reading and i knew people weren't hearing that much because when i talk when im anxious or smth my voice automatically becomes QUIET idk why how it has always been like that. And i I raised my voice than normally so people can hear and they still couldn't. And i was basically shaking a little, sweating maybe, my voice trembling even if it's a normal thing and no one would think anything idk why that happened. When i was speaking to the gramophone in school without people hearing me only 1 teach in the room and the whole school heard me but i didn't hear myself i was still really nervous and messed some words up but i covered them quick enough. But I don't know , this has always been a problem to me in kindergarten and to 5th grade maybe i didn't even talk, when people talked to me i was quiwt didn't answer , but now i do answer people when i have to and stuff but before i was worse. And I don't know how to not be scared or overthink. Once when i was on a stage i needed to speak my words that were in my mind i was looking at the people in the crowd in the room i got nervous a little and i wanted to speak and couldn't like i didn't have a voice and i didn't say anything and it was really embarrassing... That was when i was a child back in the years.

Public speaking often has that effect have seen it many times.... we do not realize we seem so quiet and when anyone points out to speak up makes nerves worse... i get it .... i only conquered it because i had to for a job .... but i did similar as you before.
