Hey,
Im so scared. I don’t think I’ll ever get better. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to live by myself, feed myself, budget, look after myself. I just don’t think I can. I’m so scared I won’t get better. And it just makes me think like what am I going to do. It absolutely terrifies me…

These feelings are valid.
The future is unknown and yes it can be scary.
And it'll present us with challenging times and obstacles.
But there'll also be great times.
One day at a time, is all any of us can do 💚
