I think I have anxiety.

I can't sleep at night, I always wake up in the 2 or 3 hours later in a cold sweat. I get stomach aches, diarrhoea and I just find it hard to get back to sleep. My studies and my interactions with my family and friends have been heavily affected. When people yell at me or when I know I did something wrong or feel like it's my fault I feel dizzy and faint. A lot of people, especially my family don't believe in anxiety and just thinks I'm lazy and sometimes I think so to.

You are not lazy 💚

You are struggling

It might help you to listen to music st night to stop the overthinking.

Spraying lavender on my pillows relaxes me.

Having a cool towel and some water available will help with the sweats and upset stomach

Reminding yourself , I'm safe, this will pass, it cannot hurt me helps.

💚

There are about 8 billion licensed, super educated, super experienced medical professionals and researchers who would aggressively disagree with anxiety being laziness or made up.

Ignore that talk and try your best not to take it personally.  Some of the most impressive people I know are the most affected by anxiety because they are working so hard to be great and can't stop thinking it's not good enough.  That might be you, too.

You are a very special child of God my friend. Your not crazy or lazy, just needing to figure out whats happening inside you.
