I was so happy then something bad happened
Yesterday, we had a mock job interview. During my interview, I was shaking and began to stutter while talking. I end up getting a mental block and not answering the simplest question. The interviewer laughed, and so did my teacher, who was listening behind them. I was so embarrassed I didn’t know what to do I just wanted to finish it, and I ended up getting a bad grade. I cried the whole day and ended up $h.Today, my mom was worried about me not talking much and not having the energy to do anything she asked me if I have an headache. I told them I don’t. I’m did not cry because the way they laughed at me. It's just that I always mess up things whenever I’m happy. I don’t know why I’m like this I badly wanna get diagnosed cause I feel so different from the others. I don’t wanna go to school anymore, I just embarrassed myself. Some of my classmates knew that I didn’t answer the questions properly. I had no one to talk to.

I know it sucks to have a situation where we freeze or do badly and simply no one enjoys being laughed at except if they are trying to make someone laugh. When we just want to get something over with, we tend to rush and not do the best in anything. I have had a similar experience. it did not happen because you were happy before but simply a coincidence when we start to believe being happy ends in a bad day we are creating negative in our minds.
All the feelings you describe are what others experience too. While this feels fresh it was a moment and most will not even remember your moment the next day. WE keep these times alive in our mind reliving the situation over and over. Maybe even thinking of a new detail and cringing.
This IMO is just like what others experience too we just cannot see their frustration / humiliation or thoughts from our perspective.
