Landlord issues

My building is being really weird and I have a new landlord and it’s making me anxious. I’ve been losing sleep over it somewhat but I’m sleeping a few hours here and there. I’m trying to get an electric stove installed but sometimes he doesn’t answer I’m wondering if he’s just busy or ignoring me. He seems disorganized.

change and unknown can cause anxiety. taking over a new building or any job, it takes time to be familiarized with everything not exactly disorganized but sometimes i have taken over something and it was fine on surface but a mess behind the scenes. perhaps many people have a list of things they would like to have fixed or such. Give time and practice patience.
