Let it out

It’s probably been very tough, right? You feel like you have no idea what to do. You’re so tense and worried and you feel like there’s nothing that can be done. You feel like it’s the end of the world even if it isn’t the end of the world. You feel like it’s all over or is going to be over.

That’s how I feel. I currently have so much in my life right now and I’m so scared and worried and tense and I just feel like there’s nothing I can do. I want to vent though and let you know that it’s okay to let it out. It’s okay if everything isn't okay right now. You don’t have to pretend that it’s okay. It’s okay if you feel like you’re just an entire mess and don’t know what to do. It’s okay if you feel like you made mistakes. It’s okay if you regret actions you made. It’s okay if you hate life right now for treating you like it shouldn’t. It’s okay to want to scream. It’s okay to want to let it all out. For anyone here, know that it’s okay if all you want to do is let it out. You don’t need to explain, you don’t need to pretend. You don’t need to apologize for whatever your heart wants to say. Whether you want to do it in the comments, my dms, or anywhere else it’s okay. I promise that I’m a safe space and you can tell me whatever is on your heart. Yes, anything. If there ever is anything that I say or do that makes you feel bad just know that I genuinely do apologize from the bottom of my heart and that I would change whatever it is that made you feel bad. I don’t ever want to be an unsafe place for you. I promise you that. Whatever it may be, I’ll never ever judge. We all deserve a place where we can let our hearts flutter. Where we don’t have to pretend. I hope that this thread is able to bring that to you all. I truly do care about each and every one of you and I want you all to have the freedom to have your hearts breathe and do whatever it truly wants to do
