Looking for help
My name is Anyia I am 17 and going through a tough time, my parents are monsters you know they’re bad bad monsters so its my job to take care of my little sisters and keep them safe, but I’ve been struggling with very bad anxiety and ptsd and fear I don’t want to struggle with these things and only want to focus on providing safe space and place for my sisters just wish for someone to help just wish for help

I am genuinely sorry you are going through this and at such a you age , when it should be your parents look after you all.
So many people take good abd supportive parents for granted, the sad reality, is, this isn't the case for everyone.
Your sisters are so blessed to have such a loving and supportive sister such as you in their lives.

Anxiety is tough, what works for me, is trying to not get overwhelmed, breaking things down into small and manageable tasks.
Focusing on my breathing.
Using music to block out the overthinking.
Telling myself, I'm fine, I'm trying my best, I'm safe, it cannot hurt me!

Hello honey, i know it's hard but please don't forget to breath and listen to music for some distraction but remember to breath and maybe have a walk outside it might help but not at night because it's dangerous, now pray before you go to bed and rant to your Lord it might seems hard but i believe you can do it

Im so so sorry you're going through this Anyia :( you deserve a house to feel safe in, and to not have to take care of your siblings all the time.
