Love...?
I’ve been struggling silently for years. My home never felt peaceful — my parents often fought over small things, especially my mother, and that made me feel unsafe even though she loves me. I developed deep trust issues from childhood, and things got worse in college when my closest friends and the girl I loved (Kunj) left me. She was everything to me, and I believed she’d help me heal and bring peace into my life, but I lost her due to my anger and anxiety, which came from untreated depression. Now she’s with someone else who manipulates her, and I feel like I’ve been replaced. I’ve been suffering from depression and anxiety for 5+ years. A doctor once told me that if I stay in this mental state, I could lose consciousness or even my memory. I feel detached, broken, and tired. I just want someone to talk to who won’t judge me. I’m here because I don’t want to give up, even if it hurts.

It can be hard when we are so young and don't have good experiences of what love is.
Its natural to be fearful.
Anxious.
Closed off to it.
Expecting the worst.
Depression can take a strong hold of us and other people simply don't understand the strength it takes to hold on, and just get through your day.
Things can change and can get better.
We need to be honest and put in the work, get to the core root of why we act and think as we do.
Its not about judgement.
I'm sorry your gf left you but we can never fully receive or give love, until we truly know we deserve it and are happy in our own skin 💜💕
You’ve found a good place to come. Hugs

I can’t imagine how hard it’s been to go through all of that while feeling so alone. Growing up without peace at home and then losing people you cared so much about would take a toll on anyone. It’s completely understandable to feel worn out after carrying that for so long. I’m really glad you’re here and still holding on and most importantly, you matter more than you realize.
