My Anxiety....
Comment if u relate <3 (even if you don't feel free to comment :)
My anxiety makes me feel separated and detached from everything around me. When I get panic attacks I can't hear anything, my hand just makes this repeated motion where i tap my thumb and pointer finger together continuously, I can't breathe (which is hard because I also have some genetic asthma), I can't think straight.... this makes it hard for people to understand why I suddenly zone out or why i'm sad for no reason. I can be anxious and have nothing to worry about. It's an experience that cannot fairly be described with just words.
@AsterLight2024 anxiety sucks right? But you know if the world didn't suck, we'd all fall off😁 it defiantly cannot be described in just words, I zone out a lot to, and apparently give people evil looks when I zone out. I do also go into a state of unconsiousness, where it seems like I've fainted. My arms move uncontrollably when that happens it's scary. I'm so sorry your having to deal with bad anxiety😥 are you on meds, for it?? Please continue to reach out here, or to a listener when you don't feel good. Gives you a giant tiny hug ❤❤ always here for you sweetie ❤
@AsterLight2024 aster I'm just checking up on you ❤ are you doing ok? Hugs you tightly ❤ I love you ❤
@Tinywhisper11 hey Tiny <3 I'm ok at the moment, but it hasn't been the best week. Hopefully it will get better. :)
Hi ,
I feel similar way, recently had this panic attack and trapped into this since 2 months my anxiety get severe I get afraid of almost everything, I get sharp headaches. I keep checking on my symptoms on Google, reddit. Etc. Also I have checked with psychiatrist I will be on meds from now on. The feelings are very real. I understand it , it's unbearable at that movement. I also know this things are not a permanent it will get better everyday. Take care ❤️. It well be healed as time passes.
I can relate to zoning out. It can be embarrassing too when it’s noticeable, but I don’t know how to stay fully present sometimes.
