My anxiety

I’ve been struggling with overwhelming emotions anxiety, loneliness, low self-worth, and a constant feeling of not being enough. It feels like I’m just a shell, disconnected from any real identity. I don’t know who I am outside of the pain. I try to be strong, but my mind often feels like it’s working against me.

I overanalyze everything, especially around people particularly women and that leads to anxiety that’s hard to manage. I crave peace, but I struggle to believe I deserve it. I keep trying going to the gym, distracting myself, even praying but I still feel stuck. The smallest interactions or comments can trigger waves of self-doubt, shame, and frustration.

Sometimes I imagine what it would feel like if others truly understood the weight I carry. I don’t want solutions or pep talks I just want to be heard, to feel seen, to know I’m not alone in this.

I’m tired of pretending I’m fine. I just want a break from constantly battling my emotions. I want peace inner stillness. I want to feel like I matter, without needing to prove anything to anyone. But I don’t know how to start

Well, it seem like you are experiencing some lonely time. However, you are very careful to build up connection with others but in the same time you desire to find someone that can understand you.

Yes.  We all want to be heard.  We all NEED to be heard, and to know that others are truly listening.

It wasn't until I started speaking openly about my anxiety and issues that I started to feel better. I admit to going to therapy.  And when I tell people that, they're curious, and interested, and so many times I'm met with "I'd like to go to therapy" - but they're too scared to.

We need to share our struggles, and we need to be open to others sharing their struggles.

You don't have to pretend your fine when you're not.  Don't pretend for others.  It's okay to be not fine.  It's okay to be miserable some times.  And you don't have to be fine here.  You can share your feelings and open up and not be judged.

We're here for you because we're all rowing in the same boat.  So hop in the boat and let us row for a while so you can take a rest, find support and be heard.

We've got you, and you're going to be okay.
