I'm not, unfortunately in the London area. But I can comment to increase visibility to increase your chances of finding what you are looking for.
I would suggest, however, you might want to think about why this app discourages the sharing of your location. I find there's an amazing freedom in connecting to people in a context where we are safe to be ourselves. Are you sure that is something you want to miss out on?

I totally get your point, but I think moving towards the goal of also having IRL friends with whom you can "be yourself" is also wise. I'm lucky enough to already have 1 or 2 of those, and I always welcome more :)
