I am new here and am wanting to find support and gain more knowledge about my depression and anxiety that I struggle with terribly! Does anyone else have awful physical symptoms?

Yeah. I just feel sick like I have a cold when I'm not mentally feeling well. And then I have a hard time feeling good about doing things or talking to people. I can't just walk up to people cause I feel so out of the ordinary.
