Overall anxiety and depression

Hi, I’m new to this app. I’ve been really struggling with anxiety and depression. I am unemployed right now and anxious to start a new job and my relationship is kind of rocky because I’m overwhelming them with my anxiety and I feel bad about that at this point, I just feel hopeless and I don’t know what to do.
