I am a mom of 2. I have severe panic attacks/anxiety that basically cripples me. I had it under control for a bit, I am on 20mg of lexapro but now it's come back in full swing. Mainly hits me at night- assuming it's from the stress of filing for a divorce and knowing he's with someone new. I can't sleep anymore. I'm just up panicking. Please send me your best tips. I'm so tired.

Box breathing has helped me for panic attacks. Inhale 5 seconds, hold 5, exhale 5, then inhale 5 etc. Doing this for about 5-10 mins can help panic attacks pass

Anxiety from a breakup is keeping me awake and that makes anxiety worse. I’ve been stuck in an anxiety and loss of sleep cycle lately. The only thing I can think of doing is take naps and meditate but both of those take time, and making the time has not been easy lately
