Panic disorder.
@funnyTortoise661 Hello, I know that is not an easy feeling to feel. Take some time and take a couple of deep breaths! You got this.
I can share a technique that helped me a lot. I was getting really upset at having panic attacks. Then one time on a hunch, I tried to think of something that I wanted right then and there to happen. So I was in the middle of a panic attack and I thought to myself "what do I want right now?" "I want the panic attack to go away and feel refief instead" was my internal answer. So I focused intensely on picturing and pretending that the thing that I wanted was happening right now. I pictured the packing going away and feeling better. And I litterally felt a little better. I focus on that real feeling of relief and celebrated it in my mind, and I felt a little bit more better again. I repeated this and within just a few seconds I felt completely better. The panic attack was completely gone. I started laughing because it had worked so well. On many occasions I have been able to do this exercise and after seeing and knowing how easy it was to snap out of panic, they stopped being so severe and frequent. I hope sharing this might help you. Wishing you much happiness ahead.
