Paralyzing

It’s the same thing over again. I get hit with this fear of failure. It’s a paralyzing feeling, and no matter what I try I can never get over the fear. And it leaves me feeling like I can breathe. I wish it didn’t have to be like this

@kindShip7443

🥺

I'm sorry you are struggling so much.

Fear is awful.

And holds us back from do many wonderful opportunities in life.

It's alot to process.

But ultimately, all you can do is try your best and work through this, no matter how hard that might be, because you deserve to be happy and not held back 💚

My father was an engineer, my brother is an engineer, my sister is a Dean of a college, and my last brother is a psychiatrist. I am currently on leave with anxiety disorder, again, from a job that is nowhere near what my siblings have. I face the fear of being a failure every day. I think of my siblings and sometimes just cry. I'm proud of them but I also feel so inferior. You aren't alone my friend.

That feeling of not being able to breathe is so dreadful, and I hope that it’s not always going to be like this
