Plz 🙏 help me
I am a second year medical student, after I completed my first year and during the summer vacation I got free time after all the pressure I was exposed to during the first year, knowing that I enjoyed this year like never before and started planning how I would study during the second year and started having strange thoughts about life and time and started observing all my feelings and behaviors. Then I went through a situation where I felt like I was watching myself from the outside and then I started to feel like I was not real, but after a while I got better from these symptoms and I started to fear the passage of time and started watching time and started to refuse to live any moment as this will become the past.
I became preoccupied with time, and all my thoughts when I see anyone talking or doing something is why are they doing all this, all this will be in the past, not to be afraid, and I refused to even speak unless necessary, and I could no longer focus on my studies, so my grades worsened during the second year, which worsened my psychological condition, so the only escape for me was sleep to relieve me of these thoughts, and I began to feel a loss of motivation to succeed. Then I became obsessed with thinking either about the past or worrying about the future and I can no longer live in the present moment and always suffer from fear or anxiety so that I can no longer fulfill my academic requirements and I am now approaching my final exams for the second year and I cannot study Please, someone please help me, I can no longer stand this life.
Knowing that I haven't told anyone about my condition until this moment and I have been in this condition for about seven or eight months, please someone help me 🙏?

It sounds like you're going through a very tough time. I am glad you are reaching out for support. What you have experienced over the past few months is understandably distressing. It can help to reach out to a professional. As you are a student, there is a good chance your university/school provides some form of professional counseling. Perhaps you can reach out to someone there? From what you shared, it seems like your current struggles are related to anxiety (you have posted in the anxiety space so I assume). Studying is challenging on its own, so I can imagine how hard it must be with all these additional things weighing on you.
Some resources you may find helpful are as follows

I know things are looking hard right now but with some work in the right direction, you can feel better soon! I hope things get better for you.
