“Problems with my boyfriend.
With my boyfriend, we’ve been having some issues over the past few months. It all started around June—we’ve become really distant, and we’ve lost the initial feelings we had. I was the one who started losing feelings first, and then he did too. However, we still act like a normal couple: we cuddle, go out together, and spend time with friends. Lately, I’ve started regaining my feelings for him, but the other day after a discussion, he told me that he has lost some of his feelings because he sees me as sad when I’m with him.
According to him, one of the main issues is that I don’t express what I’m feeling. If I have anxiety or problems, I prefer to stay quiet, and that bothers him because he says I seem like a robot. He also told me that right now he’s just hoping that things change. We’re going on a trip in a few days, and he said that maybe during the trip he’ll realize that I’m not the problem, but rather the environment, since he’s under a lot of stress at home due to studying medicine. He’s hoping the trip will be a private moment for us and that everything will work out.
However, he’s afraid that when he comes back, if he still doesn’t feel good, he might have to consider breaking up. I don’t know how to handle that because I told him I want to grow together and solve our problems. He told me that he agrees and wants that too, but from now on I don’t know what to do or how to fix things, and it’s giving me a lot of anxiety.

I'm sorry you are struggling.
I encourage you to go in this trip and allow you both to have fun, some alone time, to just say be together, it's important you are honest and do open up to it.
Relationships need us to be able to turn to the other in hard times, so consider opening up to him more and hopefully you'll both realise you both want to put the work in.
If we don't open up, no one can know how to help us 💜💕
I am so sorry you are experiencing these feelings. They seem very difficult.
For starters, I wanted to acknowledge how incredible it is that you feel comfortable expressing these feelings with each other. It is really hard to communicate issues sometimes, so I want you remind you that you're very brave for that.
Issues can be extremely difficult to express to your partner. It puts you in a place of fear. Although, the fear may be what makes you not want to express your feelings, it may be what helps you in the long-run.
Sometimes the best thing you can do for your relationship is just being honest. Express to him that yes you may have some issues, but you want to work through it with him.
The trip will help you spend some needed time together, and this may give you a time to be open with each other without the pressure of others or a reason to not communicate.
