if you're using the app in mobile, in the forum section, on top right corner > click on your profile > than click on the "cup image " > choose a file and than you can upload the picture.

For chrome site > open 7cups > login > than on top right corner you'll see the icon of your profile > than tap on settings > scroll down you'll see an option above your profile icon saying "choose file " click on that and choose a safe pfp > after uploading scroll down and click on 'savs changes' hope it helps 🤍
