I'm sorry you are struggling and hurt 💛

You've reached out now.

Don't reach out anyone.

You already made the effort.

Let him do the work now and if he doesn't , there is your answer.

You should never have to beg for someone's attention.

Focus on you now 💛

I’m going through something similar with my wife right now. We are having periods of intense arguing and periods of intense romance. It’s very up and down and has alot to do with her keeping secrets from me and shrinking away when I challenge her. Don’t let him do that to you. I’m not picking fights with her, but I’m standing my ground and demanding truth, but I’m not losing my cool. She’s been very emotional and angry, but I’m not letting her shrink away from me. I tell her to lean in, bc I’m not going anywhere. I’ve caught her in numerous lies and I still don’t have a clear picture of the situation. But the communication has been the best it’s ever been in our relationship. She’s holding onto something that she thinks will change my opinion of her. I don’t know what it is, but I’m making it clear I’m willing to talk and I’m not going anywhere bc I love her. Don’t give him a chance to hide from you. Let him have it without losing your composure. I can’t say it’ll work for you, but it’s helping me. Turn your stress into something positive.

Usually if you pull Away for a while people who are used to you chasing them, will be taken aback by your silence and reach out. Focus on yourself for now.

hey there, I’m really sorry to hear you’re feeling this way. it’s tough when communication breaks down, especially after a fight. it sounds like you’re carrying a lot of the emotional weight in the relationship, and that can be really draining. have you thought about giving it a little time before reaching out again? sometimes a bit of space can help both people reflect. remember, you deserve to be heard and valued in this relationship! ❤️

It sounds like this situation is really painful for you, especially because you feel like you’re always the one who has to reach out after an argument. Being ignored by someone you care about can leave you feeling hurt, confused, and alone. It also sounds like this has made you question whether the effort in the relationship is equal. What do you feel you need from him right now?

Hi. Do you and your partner live together? Cuz if you do he will have to talk to you eventually. About bills, shopping, errands etc.

I recommend finding what you need outside the relationship. I don’t mean cheating but people think we should get everything we need from a romantic partner the truth is older people are typically wiser.
