Seeing same faces of strangers everyday does not permit you to harass them.
One day in the school library, this person just randomly came up to me and asked me about my face, specifically my brows(I had trimmed them so it'd look smoother). I decided not to answer because to me, it's a personal question, I then ignored them.
Couple weeks goes by. The same person saw me and came up to me and asked the same thing. I again, refuse to answer and I said stop asking me those weird and personal question to them and I walked away.
This week, the same person saw me walking down a corridor alone and I kid you not, blocked the whole path, hindering me from continuing to walk to my destination. Then literally in a sort of crazy-and-curious-but-still-weird tone, said they know why I did that to my face. I said to them to leave me alone or that I'll report their behavior to the school faculty(even though the school would(100% will) probably take their side).
Like what the *** are you doing? Are you trying to harass me? Just why? Can you mind your own damn business? Why have you got to be in other people's personal spaces? Do you know what respect and privacy is? Did you think before you speak? Are you going to just continue this tormenting behavior till you graduate high school? I dont know you. You dont know me. WTF? I'm so done with people ***
They're a senior btw.

I'm sorry that you've had this experience.
I live by the motto, if you have nothing nice to say, then say nothing at all.
And personal questions are a no no 💛

The situation that you have described does come across as intimidating. You have a right to your privacy and to be respected. Is there a counselor at your school that you could touch base with? Not to report the other student, but to ask for guidance. It would show your determination at resolving this issue, if it were to escalate. Would that be possible? I am sure that the conversations here with the other listeners will help feel better as well.
