Should i delete the message ?
So I texted my neighbor about a problem that’s been going on with me and mostly my husband, and most of the neighborhood, it concerned her too cause i think her and her husband was involved in this complicated situation, i texted her and told her to call me when she can, but she still hasn’t seen my message, and I’m getting kinda anxious and overwhelmed, I don’t know if I stepped my boundaries by asking her to call me, or I’m just being anxious and she’s just busy and she’ll get to me later

I can relate to the anxieties of sending someone a message and worrying about how it will be received.
Of course, delete the message if it gives you peace. But from what you write, it sounds like you simply politely asked to communicate. Communication, and in particular, a willingness to listen, is a key foundation of relationships and if that is what you are trying to do, you should be proud of your attempt to communicate.
Obviously, you can't controlhow the other person responds to that attempt. And it's possible you might have to accept no response.
