Social anxiety and people arent kind

I dont think i can meet up with normal humans in my mental state. They always just seem to be shocked and traumatized when they hear me talk.

I tried to visit some support groups. Many different ones.

But i have met no one who is being nice and kind. They are all just selfish and have their own problems. They just care about themselfs. When i say something they are all upset and victim blame me and hurt me and make me feel horrible.

I doubt that good people exist. I am 30 years and i met so many people throughout my life and i connected with a lot of people. I try to go through my mind who of them was a kind person and who i could reach out to. But no one was. I wouldnt know one person on earth that i could reach out to although i got to know so incredibly many people.

Are humans just horrible and unkind?

If there is any human here who thinks he could be kind to me could he reach out to me?

It took me a while to understand why some people seem unkind.

They actually don't know how to respond to, and how to help, people who struggle. You might find yourself one day in their shoes, and it's doesn't feel good.

When we're overwhelmed with anxiety the surrounding environment and the people seem dark, if that's the right word. But that's only in our minds. When you start to feel better everything will look bright, but in real life nothing has changed except the way we perceive reality.
