Stop tell me have to do things 😭

Want everyone stop whole life make me do things they want not allow say no have to do they say and that it and not fair why make me do they say and even now cups people making me do they say and make so overwhelmed anxious upset don’t like it making place suppose be ok and safe feel like bad scary horrible place so overwhelmed and not allow say no keep make me and feel anxious and scared and want them stop don’t tell me have do thing you want and overwhelm and upset 😭

don’t ruin cups all got left and all friends going and so much people mean and ignore me and now people telling to do and ask uncomfortable things and don’t understand asking what want leave me alone just upset I don’t want people do this don’t ruin only place stop it stop it stop it 😭😭😭😭😭
