stories like how anxiety happen to you in different situations. basically people have different situations. in which people have had been overcome the anxiety or some still struggling. i want their stories to be heard in order to inspire and also get solution tips for whom are required.

My first ever anxiety attack was when I wasn't eating healthy for dinner ever, I started to hyperventilate and almost collapse in my hallway I started to cry and run to the vegetables cause I thought I was dying and thought that since I wasn't eating my vegetables I was dying and needed them that way I could be healthy again turns out I was just over thinking of how my life would end up if I was not gonna eat my vegetables 😶
I understand this.

@NoJudgingNoAdvising hi my name is amber Iost some stuff that was very important to me that I can't never got back it got thrown out i got pinck attack from it yesterday I felt like I was gonna throw up. I feel sad about it
