TW mentions of suicide / i did something bad and my anxiety is eating me alive

I failed to see what i was doing i let my grudges blind me and i treated one of my older relatives so bad for so lond and i felt bad and when i apologized to her she said she was feeling so bad she wanted to die and it was taking a toll on her physically and i just cant sleep thinking about how bad i made her feel and im desperate to release this stress i dont know what else to do

I am very sorry you did something bad.
Of course the anxiety might be eating away at you.
It’s good you posted here because maybe there is a way out. Maybe you can somehow make this right with your loved one.
