To my anxiety

This is a conversation between my demise and I. I know you are there and I welcome you to my world. I accept that there is no guarantee way I can get rid of you. This has made me realize the only thing I’ve been struggling with is accepting the fact that your there. I just wanted to let you know that I am Okay and we are Okay. I will take you along on this ride we call life as long as your there with me. I do need to inform you that I am in control and you will not dictate my life. I don’t mind if you have opinions but ultimately I am in charge of us.
