Unacceptable changes : (
People often say to accept changes, but how do you do that?
How do you accept it when you're no longer the person you once were?
When happiness feels elusive, and you struggle to find joy in anything.
When stress, thinking about these changes and worry consume you, and peace of mind seems like a distant memory.
When communication, once effortless, now feels like an impossible task.
When the activities you once loved now bring you no pleasure.
When the way you communicated has changed, leaving you feeling disconnected and misunderstood.
When positivity fades, replaced by a cloud of negativity.
When confidence wanes, replaced by self-doubt and insecurity.
When self-love turns to self-loathing.
I wish I could reclaim my old self, turn back time, undo these changes.
I wish this was all just a bad dream.
@reliablebunny23
Hii lovely, I understand how you are feeling and how tough is accepting a new cover of yourself in for you . I completely agree that with time how you communicate, how we think , how our body language works and in fact our opinion on things change .
I understand that sometimes this change is too fast that one is not able to keep up with the pace of the change. So love , let me tell you a thing , we, our thoughts, and our relationship are ever evolving . They are not constant and nor will be constant.
Life never stops at one place , and thus not our personality. I understand how connected you feel with your old self , and letting it go seems like an impossible task but friend ,trust me giving up and moving forward will come naturally once you try to understand this new cover of you .
Yeah sometimes you may not like yourself, trust me most of us have been through it . But no one is perfect. Neither is your new self nor was your old self. The reason you want it back is not because of the perfection you had , it is because of the familiarity of your old self you have . Indeed accepting a new thing is hard , but trust me this is not the change you will stop at , you will become more Amazing than you are now ( you are still amazing) just wait and try to understand and explore this new you , maybe somewhere embedded you will find the familiar pieces of your old self.
If you need too talk more about this change you can always PMs me or tag me in a post . I will love to tell you more about this change and help to accept this new cover ♡

Thank you so much! ❤️
Right now, I really don't know if I'll ever be able to accept this change or not. & I don't know if I'll get my old self back or not. Tbh, I want my old self back rather than wanting to accept this change. And I feel I would have accepted this change if it had come naturally, but this change occured because of a person who made me insecure for who I was, for being myself, for the way I talked & communicated. I tried to change myself for that person( which I now deeply regret).
It's a long story tho. Things were complicated, they still are..
But, As I myself continuously tried to changed who I was for almost a year, the actual me maybe got lost somewhere, which I can't find back now. Idk if I can or not, and if I can then how to..
@reliablebunny23
I understand what are saying . Changes evolve our time ut sometimes we , ourself, try to change ourselves because of someone . I understand why it is hard for you accept this change. If this change was natural maybe you could have handled the situation better , but as it came over with insecurities and low self esteem, not being able to accpet is valid .
Changing of people may seem like a better option when they are mean to us , but after a certain period we start to crave for the older us . I understand why this change is being tough on you . But lovely, I believe in you ♡ I know it is hard to believe that the older you will ever be back, but as I said, we are always evolving, so maybe one day you will see the familiarity of yourself in you ♡
I know this may seem impossible as for now , but faith is what makes us human . Have faith in you and you got this ♡
@incredibleRainbows2036 , hello there , I am going through something that more or less overlaps with everything stated above. And your message really helped me to take a hold of my anxiety.
@Dirtshine
Hii lovely, I am glad to know that my message helped you get a grip on your anxiety. Anxiety is tough to deal with alone but as you will find the familiarity in people and thier problems , you will see you're not alone .
We all are here for you ♡ you got this friend ♡
@incredibleRainbows2036 , thanks you . Yeah getting to know others also find changes tough let's me know it's normal and not a personal flaw
@Dirtshine
True, it's normal, we all find changes tough, it is really overwhelming, it's not at all a personal flaw.
You aren't alone.
Hope things get better for you! ❤️
@reliablebunny23, thank you for saying that bunny. I hope I can also remind you that whenever you need it
@reliablebunny23
This is definitely relatable on levels.
Whether or not you accept the changes doesn't indicate whether or not you support them. Try not to be down on yourself, you're recognizing your own self-struggles. Realistically, you have more to offer now than you did in the past, and finding your way back to being who you want to be can make you that much stronger. Anyway, I know that I don't know the details, but I hope my response isn't too far off.
@reliablebunny23 😥 that's the sad truth of mental health, for a lot of people. But sweetie, the person you was those things you used to do, they are still alive inside you ❤ they are just sleeping for now ❤ it's not a question of accepting the changes in you, it's more learning to live alongside it. It's a hard journey, and we are all here for you ❤ every step of the way ❤❤ it will get better, hugs you tightly ❤
