Wanting to move to a new country
I'm very stressed about the US Election and overall how toxic US politics in general are compared to most of the rest of the world. I want to move to a different country, preferably one that speaks English (I'm not bilingual). Even worse, my parents refuse to help me out with this. My mom especially. Their advice, though I do love them, basically amounted to “just cope.”
I'd really want some actual advice on what to do or where to go. I've tried plenty of stress relief tactics, and while they do help, they don’t exactly solve my problem. Thanks.

I think you will find other places have issues you have not seen as it is NOT or exaggerated in our face by media or social media. The grass is NOT always greener somewhere else.
If you are serious do your home work..
what it takes to move places......... start with work visa requirements etc. if you are immigrating there permanently even more requirements. would you be willing to learn a new language?
Research the cost of living and policies in those countries as well.....
do you have a job? as many countries only give work visas to people who have a skill they need.... even when you get to where ever you are going many places hire native born over foreigners.
is it worth shipping all your things or buy when you get there... will your parents want to or can afford to visit?
perhaps really looking up things will give you perspective.

Hello. As a listener I cannot give you any advice, because that might be harmful. You are the best expert on your life. But I can try to help you navigate on your own way.
Have you thought it over if moving to another country is really necessary due to a reason like politics?
How about considering not "jumping to the deepest water" from the start, but just having a trip to a country you might find likeable, or applying for a scholarship abroad? Learning a language, getting to know other countries' culture, or talking to some foreigners?
For example, speaking about my country:
Safety is on another level (I believe much better than in the US cities).
Food quality is on another level (I believe much better than in the US).
People are usually friendly.
Renting a small flat in a big city for just 500 $ may sound laughable, but it is not while most people earn about 1000 $ monthly.
Politics are arguing, like everywhere. But actually nobody cares about them.
Some local people speak English (better or with difficulty), but the local language is one of the most difficult in the world.
Have you thought what could be the reason behind your anxiety? Is there anything you would like to move away from, to feel better?
