What do you do, when you cannot go to a crowded place?
@yellowPenny7108 I sit with that feeling. For as long as it needs.

It is hard when you want to avoid crowds and such for various reasons.... sometimes it can not be helped for example traveling if flying etc... if you simply do NOT go ...... what are you missing out on and is that something a person wants out of life?
how a person would cope would probably depend on why they have an issue with crowds ....
Hi! It can be very stressful if you find it hard to be in the crowded places.
Firstly, I always make sure I know in my head why I've to go out. If the thought makes me anxious, then I write down the list of the things I want to do or need to get done and break each task in parts. That slightly reduces my anxiety.
If I hate a place too much then I bring someone along or find someone who's hating the crowd too if that makes sense. Someone I feel is alone too and try to chat a little so I have some company. That way I'm not a part of that crowd anymore.
Talking about performing in between the crowd. If I'm up on stage somewhere then I try to make myself think there's no one there in front of me or I notice one person who's smiling at me or is cheering for me as a support system and only look at them the whole time. It surprisingly worked for me a lot and they weren't my friends but still we cheered for each other every time! Kind of an unspoken friendship.
Sometimes tricking your brain can help a lot or planning things up.
If not, you can definitely use your headphones and listen to a podcast or something. ❤️
Hope this helps!
I have no choice I have kids so my crowd anxiety has gone away, I have to interact with other kids and parents because my daughter goes to kindergarten
Honestly, I don't, I don't go
In a case where I have no choice, if my social battery is charged, then I act along, otherwise, I'm quiet and moody all through
