What extreme loneliness does to me
Makes me extremely frozen in anxiety, detached from the whole wide world n even myself.
daily it’s lunch lady n today I came by the night to see n wait for the bus so I saw the bus driver, kinda the contact that’s the most close I can get.
otherwise im feeling so alone every day especially during times when I’m this unwell it’s the hardest n the worst to ground myself again…
not having friends can be liberating but also the hardest when u carry your heavy feelings alone…

Last time I didn’t have luck on sharing circle, I was exhausted n I had to put it there twice which wasnt prob but nobody rly listened n by the end I had to ask for some comfort yk?

@livbinny yeah sharing circle can be hit or miss, it gets very busy there. If your gonna try a room you'd probably have most luck in 24/7 support room. But the forums are where I spend my time theese days to. I like to try and help others🙂 and the icecbreakers/games forum can be really fun 😁
