Yelling makes me panic

Recently I’ve been dealing with panic attacks when my girlfriend yells at her children and I need help finding ways to keep my own emotions in check.

Are you aware of a situation or instance the yelling may have triggered?
perhaps dealing with the past might help you NOW.
Also have you spoken to her how the yelling is disturbing to you? maybe you will be helping the kids not growing up and having similar reaction to yelling in their future and if you show her that is not a simple outburst but can create an issue long term.
