Therapy by All Time Low is calming to me. Anything by Breaking Benjamin also helps me. If Im in a bad, sad mood, anything by BTS is really nice (Dope, Fire, I Need U, Blood Sweat & Tears, etc.) because whenever I see them, all I can do is smile c:
