Styling my hair helps me loads. It takes ages and soon my anxiety is eased for a bit.

Good evening! One of the best brands I consider Blessed CBD oil. This is the most reliable and high-quality brand I have ever met. To be honest, I don't often use CBD products, but when I use them, I choose this brand. It is known for its quality, believe me.

@Angela243

i agree. Listening to music is soothing. I like nature sound tracks- it’s a great way to meditate and try to forget the worries and the pain. and the videos of streaming water and forest helps too. And then taking a walk is nice too if I am up for it.

Depends.. a choice of: journaling, walking, listening to music.

Recently got into songs by Cigarettes After Sex. Their songs are just so good (and no, they are not crass at all, despite what the name might suggest). Really ethereal ambience. Here's a playlist example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4DrC4PShl-M&list=RDey60kV6VkRk&index=2&ab_channel=LongMusicOfficial

Seems like a lot of people also appreciate some of these same methods to keep going!

Having a nice walk through the countryside, taking in all the.dofferent colours and bird songs, or having some down time reading works well as well!

I have a short song I sing to myself until I start to calm down. It forces me to control my breathe and think about the lyrics and how my voice sounds.

I got into painting recently. Not doing it as an art project, really, but just doing whatever I feel is right to do with the canvas. It'd look like a kid's painting is better than what I did, but it's been helpful to feel like I can 'visualise' and externalise what/how I feel.

Dancing. Everytime I dance I feel free and get lost in myself and in the moment without any worries
