Had 3 consecutive panic attacks , can’t focus anymore , tips?
Hey , i am preparing for some competitive examination and that’s really stressful, i had 3 consecutive panic attacks last night , i suddenly went out of breath and hyperventilated , my mouth went dry and my vision turned blurry , , my heart felt like it would jump out of my ribcage , my brain kept showing a montage of all my failures and what would happen if i failed my exam and i felt like screaming but couldn’t open my mouth.

Omg same ☹️
Sometimes it helps me to breathe with someone. That way you can focus on them with you and the breathing can help regulate your panic. Hope this helps.

I'm sorry to hear you are dealing with. This can be understandably difficult. Yes, breathing is a huge help. To help prevent them as well, actually.
Practicing daily mediation and mindfulness can significantly help some people. Both while they experincing one and also as perventative measure by practicing daily.
I use guided meditations on an app called, Insight Timer. For a couple years now.
also making sure to set some time aside for some good excerise to get the stress out and get the feel good feelings flowing. Oh, and also making some time for self care can help. Like just taking a few minutes to focus on journaling, or meditation, or watching a funny movie, or taking a warm bubble bath or shower.
best of luck to you and take care!
Try meditation for 45 mins everyday. It is really powerful!
