How to remove an abusive ex?
Does anyone have a clue how to get someone out, refusing to leave, that hurts and threatens u? I can't even evict...he will burn my house while I sleep. Help?

Do you rent or do you own? Honestly, no one on here can help you.
The best bet is for you to move out of town, away from this guy and find a lawyer/firm to handle the eviction if you own the house. I'm not even sure if the police can do anything. If he has been living there for a while already, he probably has some sort of tenant rights.

If this is a case of domestic abuse, you should call your local hotline to get assistance on how to safety leave and find resource/shelter. Talk to your local domestic abuse line/agency about if can help you find service to remove him from your house and file for a restraining order.
