I hate them
I think I hate anxiety more than depression. Depression I can pull myself out of, anxiety/panic attacks I have to wait till they pass. Its the worst feeling ever to be scared and panicked over almost every little thing. I just panicked about being late to work. Being late to work for me is being 5 minutes early, I am al aye at least 15 minutes early because I worry that if I dont walk through those doors at that time I'm actually going to be late for work. Its the strangest fear that I have only had with my jobs and I have no idea why. Having a job in general stresses me out to the point of a panic attack on a weekly basis sometimes.
At first there was no real reason for it but then my boyfriend a year and a half ago decided we should save up and buy a house and I've been nothing but stressed out and depressed ever since and it only get worse the closer I reach my next birthday. I told myself that I did not want to be living in my dads house at the age of 31 and that's not going to happen, I will definitely be living in my dads house this time next year.
@Julietlovesu415 Hello!!! Im sorry to read about your anxiety around your job, do you think it may be contributed to the fact that now you are needing the job to buy the house it has placed a lot of pressure on keeping the job and being early is one of the ways you can protect your job?Its good that you can see that the anxiety although uncomfortable, does pass in time! You can get throught he attacks and kee pushing ahead. You may find it helpful to look for stress relief at work and to know that you have given yourself good time to get to work and although you are in your eyes late, you are still early for work, if you were late for work once or twice Im sure it would be fine. So be kind to yourself and allow for mistakes. :)
@sunshineKitty58 I have always had anxiety at my job, I dont do well in public or with dealing with people so this job has always been very hard for me. But yes saving to buy a house has added a whole lot more pressure many my because I'm the one putting almost my entire paycheck into savings. I've stopped for awhile to pay off bills but my stress relieve at work is shopping so thats not working out too well. Everything is just causing a domino effect.
@Julietlovesu415 Stop wasting your energy on negativity.
