I learnt I had anxiety?

A year ago, I lost two important people of my life. I took my very first panic attack at their funeral this was something that had never happened to be and I didn't understand it. After this happened, I started to take these often and it got to the point I couldn't leave the house because of it! I am now learning about anxiety and what causes it. Just know that you aren't alone and there is so many people out their with this disorder :)

Thank you for sharing this and being a part of our community. Finding out what it is that's been causing this and being able to educate yourself is intimidating and liberating at the same time as I understand it. I really hope you're doing alright and have found ways to cope with your anxiety. I found this pdf very helpful:

Thank you for sharing. I bet that was a surprsing was to experience anxiety for the first time. I'm glad you are now learning about anxiety. I know this post was more than a year ago but I saw this so I thought I'd ask how you're doing:)
