My Stomach
It was only in high school, where I realized that my Anxiety was really bad and I needed help for it. It got to the point where I couldn't eat or sleep. It was very bad. The thing that I hate most about Anxiety is the knot in my stomach and the notion that I can't just let go and go with the flow. I suffer because I am afraid of trusting the flow. But not, it is getting much better after therapy.
I have the same problem. Therapy has stopped working though, which sucks. I've moved to medication because of it. The medication is making me eat less, one meal a day.

Hey there I am sorry that you had this problem. How are you doing now?
@Kendyy124 I had those same problems. In fact I was hospitalized for not eating for about a month straight and not sleeping for about 2 weeks. Seems almost unreal how scary that time was. With therapy and time though those feelings began to subisde and progressively took steps forward.
Its okay to have a few set-backs every now and again but the most important thing is to not be too hard on yourself when you do because thats what makes that black passanger reside longer inside of us.
My motto (and its a strong one to live by) is that everything, no matter how severe or bad passes with time. And everything is constantly changing.
Keep your head up! I'm glad you're getting better. It does get better.
