Need an opinion
If a person Who's very busy but they are very kind and supportive to me and very good support of mine, they never did this before though they already told methis week will be very busy for them since they will be traveling to Europe aswell this week and they will be meeting me on Tuesday so I sent them a message they haven't seen it yet n since I have past betrayal traumas i m overthinking do you think they are really busy or ignored intentionallyThough they already said they will be super busy this week

we can try give someone the benefit of the doubt in how busy they are.
Honestly i think phones or messages cause too many to overthink and question as they look at time sent and count the minutes assuming first the person got it....
I used to text my partner he worked by a real dead zone sometimes he got a text hours later... I had a friend who said they sent me things I NEVER got then they had a not deliverable notice later ...
Maybe someone does not respond because they want to be focused in answer not just a K ....
why stress ourselves out based on assumptions ... if they are not busy but not willing to tell you upfront then they are not a good friend.
