Hello @GraceandHope (what a name ! :D)

Taking you road test can be difficult and challenging. I remember my road test and the fear I felt before driving : I can really relate to you right now.

But here's the thing : first, you may want to consider some breathing exercises. You'll find some on 7cups' website, on this page : https://www.7cups.com/panic-attacks-help-online/lesson4.html (this is the self-help guide on panic attacks, it's really helpful !) You don't have to breathe for half an hour, just 2 or three deep breaths can be grounding.

Then you may want to carry with you during the test something that brings you feelings of comfort and security. It can be some chocolate, a fuzzy toy, a drawing on your hand, anything. It helps if you don't feel alone in this.

Finally, you may want to reach a Listener here, to speak about your fears and your feelings, before and after the test. Looks like nothing but I know first hand that talking draws the feelings out and leaves less of them to panic about. You can find someone directly on this page : https://www.7cups.com/BrowseListeners/

I really wish you the best <3
