What are your physical anxiety/panic attack symptoms?

I suffer from GAD and panic disorder. I have panic attacks more often than I wish, some small and other really really bad. I've been to the hospital countless times along with visiting my doctor for what I think is "life threatening" and never find anything. I have experienced chest pain/tightness, shortness of breath, dizzy, headaches, choking sensation that lasts a while, thought of swollen throat, trouble swollwing, numbness, stomach pain, etc. just courious on what everyone goes through. I felt like such a "weirdo" for a long time and thought I was just nuts until finding this app and reading that I'm not alone in this type of attacks.

Well my major symptom is light headedness and dizziness which escalates the panic attack...

For three years now I have the feeling that I'm about to feint and even though I have never feinted, every time feels like this is the time I am...

So scary :(

I completely shut down and blackout. I sat in Walmart once staring at pinto beans for an hour because I couldn't move. I had to have my husband come get me.

One is coming on or occuring. So i can be very accurate. First off, my heart hurts. Like its being squeezed with a thumb digging in my right side of it. Heart beat becomes erratic. My vision gets a bit off. My temples ache with each heartbeat and sometimes i get dizzy. One time i fainted from a "perfect storm" of things over the course of 2 days. My back starts to ache from being tense. Sometimes my nose bleeds. In me, it releases adrenalin i believe. Which makes me more likely to be irritable and combative. But i have been working on this response to the adrenaline over the last couple years. Also i get very cold then extremely hot. Sometimes i get nauscious. Not right now tho. Thats what happens to me

My panic attacks are at the worst at nighttime when i go to bed and my body wants to relax. I go dizzy feel like i have to get up and do something. Fast heart rate. Feeling on edge day and night. Feel like im loosing my mind and that i cant concentrate most days. Feeling spaced out aswell. Wish it would just go away.

@intuitiveGrapefruit4878 I get the same way at night. It's like the minute I turn the lights off and lay down, my mind understands I'm probably at my most vulnerable and basically lunges at me with all these bad thoughts of everything that could happen and everything that has happened. It sucks.

Probably feeling like your going to pass out. It's especially worsened when you don't really know the people you're around or if it's in public, However, on the bright side of things, if you ever need to get out of something you hate doing it comes in handy even if it sucks in the moment...

I've had bad attacks in the past, I've actually past out a few times because I've lost control and I couldn't calm down. Here are my symptoms:

- Hyperventilation
- Stuttering
- Slight loss of hearing and vision
- Shaking

@InvalidJSON Oh I stutter too!! People make fun of me for it. For several minutes after a panic attack or even just... in confrontation.

I start shaking, heart races, my mind goes fuzzy. When it's a bad one, as soon as my husband rescues me and puts me in the car, I sob. I can't breathe. I ave asthma too, but it triggers that sometimes. I shut down and crawl inside of myself. Sometimes I black out and dont remember anything.
