What are your physical anxiety/panic attack symptoms?

I suffer from GAD and panic disorder. I have panic attacks more often than I wish, some small and other really really bad. I've been to the hospital countless times along with visiting my doctor for what I think is "life threatening" and never find anything. I have experienced chest pain/tightness, shortness of breath, dizzy, headaches, choking sensation that lasts a while, thought of swollen throat, trouble swollwing, numbness, stomach pain, etc. just courious on what everyone goes through. I felt like such a "weirdo" for a long time and thought I was just nuts until finding this app and reading that I'm not alone in this type of attacks.

Heart attack like symptoms, racing thoughts, quickened breath and a sense of doom.

Hyperventilating, heart beat getting faster, crying, troubles to breathe in general also if it's really bad I usually lose control of my body and end up slowly falling down. I used to scratch and hit my arms but I've stopped doing that. Also I usually feel like I'm literally dying and all bad thoughts come at once, especially self hatred and self blaming.

It usually starts with a quickening heartbeat and a tingling feeling in my hands, then turns into hyperventilation, nausea, and dizziness. Truly something I wish people didn't have to go through. frown

My most extreme symptoms include a coldness and numbness in my extremities, hand and feet, a cold but sort of burning acidity in my stomach and bowels, tension in many parts of my body, tightness in the back of my skull, squeezing across my chest, heart palpitaions, rapid breathing, constricted larynx, sore throat, dry mouth, difficulty speaking, difficulty focusing mentally on any particulr thing such as discerning someone speaking from background noise, difficulty focusing visually, narrowed peripheral vision, seeing stars, trembling literally shaking hands but also an internal trembling sensation, and of course the crying.

Increase in temp/sweating

Shaking uncontrollably

Dizzy

Light headed

Heart racing

Tingling in hands

Decreased ability to talk

Can't walk/jelly legs

Muscle twtches/spasms

Muscle cramps/contractions (usually in hands)

I sometimes feel on the verge of passing out, my vision narrows, my senses heighten. I feel like I'm having a heart attack and stroke. It's like everything in my body is overloading.

Kinda get a weird feeling in my stomach like I'm at the top of a roller coaster, about to drop. If I get up to walk I feel like I might fall.

@Deerhuntinbarb Short-breathed. Dry lips. Severe headache in one part. Itchy ears. Rubbing my face with my hands all over. Never thought that was my anxiety speaking. Thanks.

My physical symptoms are tightness in my chest, sweating, and wanting to cry or run. (I can't run or drive because of my disability which I was born with.)
