Fear Of death

i have had recently been sick nearly 2 months ago one night i was scared when i was sick because i was afraid of death and covid. ever since then i’ve experienced so many panic attacks and anxiety attacks. i feel physical symptoms like chest pain near the heart which is sharp random tingles when i’m anxious or have anxiety and i’m eating less because of anxiety.
